'Oscar The Punk' is already an established remixer/producer and has been working with the likes of MIA, Robyn, Gwen Stefani, Moby and Roisin Murphy for the past two years. He is now launching onto the Electro scene with the release of the debut single on Applause, 'Cherry (On My Trifle)'.
The track, which features celebrated graffiti artist and rapper Remdog, a.k.a. Remi/Rough (front man of UK Hip Hop collective The Reptiles), is the first collaboration in a series of 3 releases and includes 3 mixes: the Original Version, Remdog's 'In Need Of Repair' Remix and the Oscar The Punk Remix. Remdog serves up a quirky, beat laden affair, taking the track in a more leftfield direction, while Oscar delivers a straight up, minimal Hip Hop/Electro mix.
